TERMS & CONDITIONS.

These terms apply when you visit Fight Society or create a fighter, promoter or administrator account. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Information you provide must be current, accurate and your own.

Fight Society is a combat-sports marketplace and workflow platform. It helps fighters present profiles and records, discover opportunities and apply for bouts, and helps promoters publish events, review applications and manage proposed matchups.

Fight Society is not a sanctioning authority, medical provider, legal adviser, manager or party to a bout agreement unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and activity under your account. We may review, verify, reject, suspend or remove profiles, records, titles, media, events or applications where information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with platform rules.

A verified badge or status means the submitted information passed the platform review available at that time. It is not a guarantee of identity, performance, fitness, safety, eligibility or regulatory approval.

• Fighters must provide accurate records, availability, weight, experience and eligibility information.
• Promoters remain responsible for event permissions, sanctioning, insurance, medical and safety requirements, participant agreements, payments and compliance with applicable laws and governing bodies.
• Both sides must independently confirm bout terms and suitability before committing to compete.

Do not impersonate another person, falsify records, harass users, scrape or resell platform data, upload unlawful or harmful material, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or use the platform to arrange illegal or unsafe activity.

You grant Fight Society a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display content you submit only as needed to operate, secure and promote the platform. You retain ownership of your original content and confirm you have permission to upload it.

An application, shortlist, invitation or displayed matchup is not a binding bout agreement. A fight is confirmed only when the relevant parties complete any separate terms, approvals and safety requirements that apply.

Platform and self-reported fight results may be reviewed or corrected. We may preserve an audit history of important status and record changes.

We aim to keep Fight Society available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be error free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, perform maintenance or restrict access to protect users and the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. To the extent permitted by law, Fight Society is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, personal injury arising from combat-sports participation, decisions made by users, third-party events, or information supplied by other users.

You use combat-sports opportunities at your own risk and should obtain appropriate professional, medical and legal advice.

You may request account deletion through the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, safety risks, fraud, unlawful conduct or platform security concerns.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an account or email notice.
